- I have led a masterclass on “Navigating complexity in organizational transformation” for the Service Design Days;
- I have been part of the learning journey of the Youth Food Lab (World Food Forum) to teach how to use visualization to grow and scale social business ideas, “Visualizing Impact: Mastering the Art of Visual Storytelling for Entrepreneurs in the Social Sector“;
- I love to create and share Miro templates to effectively and visually facilitate online conversations;
- I am always actively involved in Service Design communities, like Service Design Drinks, to share knowledge and connect with peers.
